Job Title: Project Administrator

Location: Site based, Manchester (M3)

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: 22/03/19

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Control & monitor visitors to site

  • Issuing fob passes for main turnstile

  • Control & monitor usage of document control system - ASite

  • Document control, printing and maintaining drawing files for commercial, operations and subcontractor.

  • Taking of meeting minutes and distribution.

  • Meeting room management and organisation, housekeeping.

  • Diary management and organisation

  • Filing and archive management.

  • Assist the management team with administration duties.

  • Housekeeping – includes stationery orders & kitchen supplies.

  • Gather data for feedback to Safety Officer

  • Maintaining site holiday chart.

  • Updating site organagrams

  • Respond to and operate within company Health and safety policies and guidelines.

  • Informing the HR department of staff movements on a weekly basis

 

Key Skills 

  • Logical, well organised

  • Good communication skills

  • Good level of IT competence (word/excel/power point etc)

  • Numerate, literate and accurate

  • Good presentation

  • Positive response to pressure.

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to manage change and adapt to new procedures
