Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Site based, Manchester (M3)

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Control & monitor visitors to site
Issuing fob passes for main turnstile
Control & monitor usage of document control system - ASite
Document control, printing and maintaining drawing files for commercial, operations and subcontractor.
Taking of meeting minutes and distribution.
Meeting room management and organisation, housekeeping.
Diary management and organisation
Filing and archive management.
Assist the management team with administration duties.
Housekeeping – includes stationery orders & kitchen supplies.
Gather data for feedback to Safety Officer
Maintaining site holiday chart.
Updating site organagrams
Respond to and operate within company Health and safety policies and guidelines.
Informing the HR department of staff movements on a weekly basis
Logical, well organised
Good communication skills
Good level of IT competence (word/excel/power point etc)
Numerate, literate and accurate
Positive response to pressure.
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to manage change and adapt to new procedures
Knowledge of the industry
Numerate and accurate.
