Great Jackson Street, Manchester

The Great Jackson Street Development Framework has been prepared to guide the future regeneration of the Great Jackson Street area of Manchester City Centre. The framework has been endorsed by Manchester City Council and developed by them in conjunction with Renaker.

The Framework will transform the skyline of Manchester city centre with up to 25 towers – seven of which are more than 40 storeys tall.

The development will see over 6,300 residential units alongside restaurants, cafes and local convenience stores, as well as amenity facilities to support the primary residential use, such as gyms, health care facilities and flexible working spaces.

Momentum has already been established through the delivery of Deansgate Square and this is set to continue with the first phase of the Crown Street development plot currently on site.

The second phase of the Crown Street development, which will include further residential towers and an educational facility, it also expected to be submitted for planning towards the end of 2019.
