At Renaker Build Limited we are committed to delivering a high quality service to all our customers.  Our mission, achieved through consultation and collaborative working with our supply chain, is to deliver a first class service to ensure customer satisfaction first time, every time.

 

 

All units are rigorously inspected at key stages throughout the construction process and again before completion to ensure that they are handed over in prime condition.  Should defects arise during the first two of years of ownership, purchasers can be assured of rapid response and rectification.  Inspections are also carried out at prescribed intervals so that potential issues can be identified and remedied at an early stage.

The customer care function is streamlined with an in-house team of experienced and dedicated engineers.  Their feedback is always instrumental in shaping future developments.
